PETER ASHLEY MARKS
Chairman of Watermark Global plc
Mr Marks has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance,
capital raisings, venture capital management and securities
regulation. For the last 15 years he has specialised in capital
raisings (for listed and unlisted companies), underwritings and
IPO’s. He has served as an Executive at Lazard Brothers and Co.,
Ltd in London, as an Associate Director of McIntosh Securities
Ltd (now a part of Merrill Lynch Australia) and as Director of
Corporate Finance at Barings Securities (Australia) and Burdett
Buckeridge & Young (BBY) in the Melbourne office. He has served
as the Head of the Companies Division at the Australian Stock
Exchange (Melbourne Branch) and Director of Equity Capital
Markets Group at KPMG Corporate Finance (Australia). Since early
2001, he has held the position of Executive Director of
Peregrine Corporate Ltd, a Melbourne based boutique investment
house and major shareholder in MicroFuze International plc.
Mr Marks is responsible, as Chairman, for the overall governance
of Watermark Global plc and contributes significantly to the
identification and evaluation of new technology opportunities.
Mr Marks ensures full and timely reporting of company affairs,
and through the Company Secretary, the compliance of Watermark
Global plc to requirements in all jurisdictions. |

HARTLEY DIKGALE
Non-executive Director
Mr Hartley Dikgale LL.M as a non-executive director of the
Company, and was appointed to the Board on 18th August 2011.
Mr Dikgale (51) is a South African lawyer and is currently
General Counsel of Rand Uranium (Pty) Ltd. to whom he advises on
corporate development, project permitting and management of
water resources, including the challenges of Acid Mine Drainage
(AMD). Mr Dikgale sits on their Audit and Risk, as well as
Investment Committees.
After lecturing in law at Vista University in Pretoria, Mr
Dikgale joined Old Mutual as legal adviser and then moved in
1997 to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa
as Senior Manager in their Legal Affairs Department for 4 years.
In 2001, Mr Dikgale moved to Rand Water Board as Manager of
their Legal Department before joining Pamodzi Investment
Holdings (Pty) Ltd. as an Executive Director. Mr Dikgale joined
his current firm, Rand Uranium, in April 2010 and has 18 years
of experience in corporate life, with particular emphasis on
negotiations, development of business opportunities, and
managing both government and regulatory bodies. He is a member
of the Black Lawyers’ Association and the Black Management
Forum.
Mr Dikgale is or has been a director of the following companies
in the last five years: Pamodzi Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd.,
Pamodzi Resources (Pty) Ltd., Inyosi Coal (Pty) Ltd., Cross
Border Road Transport Agency, Pamodzi Coal (Pty) Ltd. |

BERTIE STEYTLER
Chief Operating Officer
Mr Steytler is a qualified Engineer in South Africa and
holds a B Com degree in Quantitative Management and Business
Economics. Mr Steytler has in excess of twenty years experience
in the field of Water and Utility management . He has held a
number of positions at Sasol and, for the past 5 years, he has
acted as an independent consultant to a number of large water
and chemical process plant operations. |
